1. Booking & Service Policy

For Individual Clients: Full balance payment must be cleared at the time of loading. For Corporate/Company Clients: We work as per the approved Work Order or Purchase Order (PO) terms. All services follow ICC relocation guidelines.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We collect your contact details only to provide you with accurate shifting quotes. We do not share or sell your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies. Your information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for communication regarding your relocation services.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: Notify 24 hours before shifting.
Refunds: Token is refundable if cancelled 24 hrs prior (processed in 5-7 days). Last minute cancellations result in token forfeiture.

3. Data Privacy (Ads Compliance)

We respect your privacy. Your details are used only for quotes. Data is NEVER shared with third-party agencies.

4. Transit Insurance & Damages

Report damages within 24 hours. We highly recommend transit insurance for extra security.
